Solved Can't give myself items (lacking permission)

For some strange reason, all the sudden as admin, I can't give myself items?
Server and user file is still stating that my Steamid and handle are still Owner status.

Any thoughts?

Make sure you are ownerid in users.cfg file in the cfg folder and it does not say moderatorid as it will conflict with ownerid

 

It says ownerid.....not moderatorid

 

Did you type in rcon server.writecfg then relogged after giving yourself admin?

 

I typed writecfg......not server.writecfg

And I just didn't establish myself as admin.....I have been admin/owner of server for a while now.

yes list any plugins you have that might stop you from being able to do so. For example, RemoveAAA gave the ability for users to spawn stuff in via permission only, disregards the fact that you have auth level.

P.S. When I try and grant admin give.others permission, it says permission doesn't exist.
And the pop-up notice doesn't fade out from screen, just stays there.
