Cant get server working properly

Hello.
I am trying to get my server to work right i have been trying for a little over a day now and i cant get it o show up i cant get friends to connect and i am having a hard time connecting. i have tried to delete and retry I have pot forwarded i have tried vanilla and still nothing. can any one help?

 

You port forwarded your server port (Default 28015) both tcp/udp and changed server ip to your IP or localhost (127.0.0.1) ?

Did you run a port scan to make sure your ports are opened? If you're unsure how PM me your IP : Port and I'll run tests to ensure it's a valid socket.

 

What ip did you put in your bat file and in your router
