Can't get server.headerimage to work

Hey just need a quick bit of help, got the server running perfectly everything is well but when i try and change the banner for the server it just goes blank, I'm guessing I've got the wrong size banner anyone know what size i need. I'm using clan forge as my host if that's anything. Thanks

 

in server.cfg put

server.headerimage "image link here"

Image must be 512 x 256

 

Ye so I did that remade the banner to that size, uploaded it using Imgur. Still no success

 

If you use the right size and a direct link it should work.

That's the image. I've even done a tinyurl for it, and hosted it also on imgur as well. The size is 500x236, so it SHOULD work. Am I missing something?

 

What does the line look like in your config?

 

I cannot locate, edit, or modify my config file. There are a dozen config files in my server setup, and none are the correct one. I'm hosting through Gameservers.com

 

There are 5 config folders. None have that file in them.

Why is not it still possible?
