Can't fly, no helicopter

In 180 version doesnt have heli or u test its have and i dont know how to fly on server its command or plugin?

 

i really dont know what you are trying to say. I think you are talking about flying as an admin? you need to be Authlevel2 and then type "noclip" in your ingame console

Make sure heli.lifetimeminutes is set to a higher value than 0 (default 15)

 

how can i set it?

 

Either add it to your server.cfg and restart or type it in console.
