Can't find hatchet blueprint

Hi,

I know this sounds wired...

But i cant find a Hatchetblueprint on my Server i dont know what to do.
I search it for 3 days.
In the airdrops are never Blueprints, Barrels are really low. Ist like there arent even Barrels on the map. If u want Barrel u have to go to Radiation City.

Also i found some wired blueprints like Woodstoragebox bp or Lock bp or Troussers bp u dont even Need a BP for that.

So pls tell me im not paranoid and other People got the same. I crossed the map 500 Times and i cant find any weaponBP.... but the most Problem is the hatchet bp..

I dont want to cheat it

Most of valued blueprints can be found at Ted Towns` loot crates.
