Solved Can't figure out how to install plugins

New to the forums and the server running

I got a 50 slot rust server and im having trouble giving myself admin and installing plugins

Server is hosted in EOReality and i have downloaded the plugins and threw them in the server plugins file

Nothing happens definitely something im doing wrong
