Can't connect to RCON from my desktop

Cant seem to launch any of them from my computer from googling for hours it seems im not supposed to launch it from my desktop? i have a gameservers server and basicly have no idea how to get rusty or rconadmin to work for ingame admin ive tried everything and googled for past 3 hours to no luck mostly dead threads

basicly how do i get it to work/start it up and if i need to how do i install it on the server

I use RustAdmin and it works fine. All the info needed to configure it is located under the config tab on Gameserver's MyGameserver for your server.

 

thanks man but to solve this issue for any future googlers like me i downloaded another rusty cant remeber link and it now works partly.

Got ingame admin working aswell

 

Some times is a password problem is you use Rusty. Rusty has problem with passwords that includes "-,@!" Or something similar
