Can't connect to my rust server

The server is running, however I can't connect to it. I've even tried nmap'ing it and I'm getting a port closed:

Running it on a windows VM, can't install rust on it. My proxmox network configuration is setup correctly.

 

First, I am not sure if this influences your problem, but your log said that "batchmode" and "nographics" were unknown commands.

Second, are the nmap outputs from inside the VM?
If not, then your networking is not configured correctly.
If so, then I'm not sure. Does Windows block opening ports in certain conditions?

 

Nmap is from inside the VM and windows firewall is off completely.

 

Are you using VirtualBox?

 

No, I am using Proxmox VE on an OVH box. Reinstalling is not an option since I have other VMs and I am hosting a couple for a company.

 

Maybe try manually opening the port in Control Panel?
