Can't build in rocks after update

Help me plz!!! after devblock 60, I can't build foundation and Doorway and Wall in rocks (rather slightly got into the rocks). So, the whole idea of the caves now the stupid thing that only gives a load on the server.

I want to know maybe there's some command for my server that will allow me to fix these stupid changes made by developers. I must say that the stability is not affected in any way. However, in places where not rise above things easily stands window

 

So you mean glitching in rocks? Your not suppose to be able to get in them in the first place. Now a cave is a different thing.

 

now it is stupid thing, which need to noone. may be they delete it? more little lags gone..
