Solved Can't add myself as owner

Hello! I set myself as owner on my rust server and I still can not spawn items in through F1 or even use like kit add and stuff

I used RCON to add myself as a ownerid

I used the command ownerid MYSTEAMID MYSTEAMNAME

It successfully added me as a owner then I ran server.writecfg and saved the configs

But still in game I can not do any owner actions

Anyone know why?

 

You need to reconnect to the server if you give or take the admin for yourself

Thanks for the help guys but I got it fixed Is there a way to give people a kit on first join?

 

see my post on the kit plugin page 107 you will need to add the autokit that will give kit on first join and each time they die
