Solved Can you have moderators?

Hi,
I run a server which has exploded with popularity lately and me and my admins cant get to all the problems. so I was wondering is there a way to code moderators with only the ability to nourish hydrate and kick and not have all of the admin permissions? If there is would you mind sharing the code.
extra information: the server is a dedicated one so that may change the code slightly.
I'm new to this server running stuff so go easy.

add a moderator group to your permissions.cfg
inherit default
then add the additonal items.

see this google doc for a list of permissions.
the author seems to keep it up to date.
