I have a root-server with Windows Server 2008 R2 from Netcup and i am running the latest Version of Rust (no mods/mlugins at the moment), my firewall accept any connections from RustDedicated.exe (in-/outbound) and seperatly for the Ports 28015 and 28016 (UDP) + 28016 (TCP) but still nobody can connect...
I tested a few Portscanners and each of them said that the Ports are closed...
Does anyone have a suggestion what the problem is?
PS: sorry for my bad english... im from germany and tired as hell xD
