Rust Call helicopters with a group

Calling all developers,

We are looking to purchase a private plugin that will allow players to send in helicopters depending on which group of permissions they have, for example for VIP1, the helicopter can be called every 6 hours, for VIP2, every 9 hours, and VIP3, 12 hours -- we are looking to do a complete package with airstrikes aswell. We hope you can assist and as always, we have money to throw at this. Please PM.

Secondly, another plugin we could use for donations, if someone purchases something from our website, they will receive an activation code, they go in game, type in /activate *code* they will be able to claim these items. Just seems easy this way.

I would mind hiring a part plugin developer for our server as well. $300/bi weekly.

Question would you want the drop to be completely random or at there current location?
