Solved C# plugins not compiling (not setup fully)

Hi,

Firstly - not been in the server hosting for a while now; thought I'd just get back into it. I'm having a small issue with loading plugins which to be honest.. I don't know how to solve.

Here's the error code:
1:23 AM [Error] Exception while starting compiler: (Win32Exception: Application - Pastebin.com

I've tried:
"Repairing Server"
Uninstalling and Reinstalling Oxide
Updating Rust
Updating Oxide (After Rust Patch)

My server is going through Nitrous Networks and as far as I can tell it is a Linux based server. They also give us the Download / Update commands for Rust and Oxide, should I just be downloading the updates myself or should they be updated on Nitrous Networks side?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
