Solved Building blocked

Players respond that my server will display "building blocked" in specific time. I have already checked all the plugins, but still found no reason.
Wherever is "building block",even sky or underwater.

Make sure that you've updated every teleport related plugin.
About the warps-system plugin check the latest version that i've uploaded.

i have the same, building blocked everywhere but its only me with the problem :-/ the teleportation plugin is updated and i have no other tp related plugins. Just cant figure it out!

 

you have to suicide in order for it to go away.
