Building blocked

i have a problem with my server .. every where there is building privileges ..
players can build ledders when there is a plugin that block ledders when its building is blocked
pls help !!!!!!!!!

 

If you're using the Zone Manager plugin, disable it. It is causing issues and will have zone traits persist even outside of them for players.

 

i dont have zone manager ..
