So, I just realized that I can't place ladders if I'm not privilaged by a tool cupboard, on my server. Now, I did have LimitedLadders installed, but I didn't use it and settings were set to allow it. I tried removing and unloading the plugin and I'm still not able to place ladders within 'building blocked'.

Anyone have any idea what's causing this?
