Building anywhere?

Hello there n there is no plugin to build where we can not build?

 

If you're referring to NoBuild zones, you can make a version of Diemensland (or any other map) that does not have NoBuild zones in it with the MapSDK. Keep in mind that these zones are there usually for gameplay reasons.
