Solved Build grades for players

Working the same way as the current Build Grades for admins plugin but it calculates how much it would actually cost in materials and if the player has enough it will upgrade if not it will return an error message such as "not enough materials to upgrade to (whichever level you chose)".

For example when creating triangle walls & foundations as defense, you can't get to them to upgrade them, so you have to wait till you have enough materials to create armored and then build all the walls. That is just one scenario where this plugin would be helpful.

 

Thought it may have been a much larger change with having to calculate the current cost of an entire building, but if it's a small feature then I'll add it on as a comment on that plugin.
