    i want a plugin that makes its so normal chat does like proximity and when you type /ooc you can see it everywhere if i could find something like this it would be amazeing

    OOC and what you are asking for are a bit different. OOC would imply something being tagged on the message to indicate they are "out-of-character", but it sounds like what you want is just proximity chat with a command for global broadcasting as well.
