Bought skins arent loading/skinable

Just started a new server using Fragnet services. The server is running good, ai spawned, server description working and searchable in rust menu. however when placing an item or crafting an item i have skins for they arent skinable. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

 

give the server time especially if the server is new. The server has to download the skin from steam.... even then you may notice skinned items with the default skin from time to time
