Rust Blueprint spawner / placement saver

So Im looking for an addon that will allow admins/mods to spawn blueprints. The reason being is Im trying to set up a store on my server that I respawn each wipe or being easier to refill when somethings out...

Also A possible way to save where what BP is: Stuff
Im running into this issue and dont know how to fix it
