Rust Block sprint if hit in leg or feet

Hey there,
i am looking for a plugin that block sprint function for x seconds if someone is hit in the feet or leg

I was thinking about making a medical system. So for example:

Code:

Shot in arm: Slower firing/reloading speed.
Shot in legs: Unable to run.
Shot in the head: If survived blurred or black vision.
Shot in the chest: Shaky or blurry screen(or maybe reduced food/water.Adding a virtual inventory for various items(Morphine, splint, etc) 

Im still thinking about it though...
