Rust Block select commands while in combat

Hello!
One of the biggest issues on modded servers is people still being able to use certain commands in combat. I'd like a plugin that allows you to configurable block certain commands (i.e /tp, /home, /trr, /kit)

I would try to do this myself but i have no idea how you would go about actually stopping another plugin's commands from working.
