1. Better Spectate (first-person)
It's been done, but not well. Maybe I'm asking for too much here, but Rust really needs a better way of Spectating players; at least for staff members to monitor the players in their server. It's extremely difficult to tell if someone is using an undetectable aimbot/aimassist hack when we can't see from their perspective.

  2. You can't see from their perspective, the current implementations are about as good as you can get.

  3. That is unfortunate. How does the current spectate plugin work then? What's the programming breakdown?

It just sets the flags that are available on the Rust client and then adjusts the camera offset a bit. There's not really a way to go back to first-person though via a plugin, only as admin via the F3 key.

  5. Darn... I wonder what their purpose was for not including a spectate feature in the first place was."
Is there a way to edit/alter the camera position in the plugin? Or possibly, make it so the person being spectated isn't rendered? (The same way the VANISH plugin works) ?
