Have a look at SmoothRestart has some good ideas there i really like SmoothRestart because you can do it in hours like - brestart (hours) (message)

is it automaticly save the server or u need to type server.save before the restart

 

Uses default rust system. It does save.

 

It doesn't work.

My bat is named start.bat.
My bat is on E:\rust\28000\rustds
and plugin is on E:\rust\28000\rustds\server\myserver\oxide\plugins

 

after the restart remains the inscription at the top of the screen, and does not disappear.

I've got the issue of the countdown GUI staying on screen when the timer hits zero.

 

Still not fixed, timer freezed at 0:00 without restarting the server.

 

If there are no players on the server then the restart does not occur and the inscription remains
