Rust Base / raid alerts

I had someone ask me about putting in a plugin that alerted you / a player if their base was being raided or structure was damaged...........i thought i read or saw a few plugins in the past that did this, but i cant seem to find any. Anyone know if this is possible and or if there is a plugin that will do this in some fashion?>

 

i know there is raid notes but that never worked for me

RaidNotes for Rust | Oxide works perfectly fine for my server.

 

You want players (cupboard owners) to be alerted when their structure's are taking damage from another player (non cupboard owner)?
