Banned word list not working

Now server administrators can ban a word in chat. Create a list of forbidden words in "bannedwords.txt" in the same place as your AutoExec. It is written in the 3.2.3 update. Do everything exactly the same, but the ban sheet why it is still not working. Tell me how to do it right.
