Universal Ban announcer

So I have an idea for a plugin, which may already exist but I didnt see it. A plugin that announces how many VAC bans and game bans someone has when they join. Configurable to go off every time they join or just the first time. So say it would go [BA] User (steamid) has 2 VAC bans 1 game ban! It could be pretty useful for users and admins.

 

How is it useful to users?

 

It would warn them that a user has cheated in the passed and could be cheating again. It would also make that information easier to find especially on populated server.

 

This is useful to admins, but not to users.
I can see this resulting in witch hunting.

 

I guess that could happen.

 

Maybe add it so that it only broadcasts to admins/mods. Just would need a permission system to say what user groups can see the broadcast

 

I already have something i'm working on. right now its a feature of a private plugin but I am looking to make it a separate plugin.
