Backups of server map only?

Hello , today i was wondering if its possible to make backups of the server map alone , just as one file , if so which file would this be ?

thanks , if i have the .sav file to my pc , if my server were wiped for some reason ( like my actual dedicated server) could i just upload this file again?

 

it needs then the same name and current revision count (3rd Number in the file name) and the setting "allowOutOfDateSaves" to "True"
