Avoid server rollback after restart?

    As the title says, some people have been crying about the server rolls back around 2-3 minutes after a restart. Does anyone know any method that solves that?

    Save before shutdown and don't use your host's control panel to shut it down as it likely just kills the process.

    Cool cool. What is the command for saving and restarting in console or rcon?
