Rust Automatic player unbanning

Hello,

I have a question about the option for a plugin that auto unban players! and if the is possible to do!

to give you some info related to the question...
the idea is that player can buy a unban key so the can join the server community again! but doing this true manually is taking a lot of work so im wondering if there is a way they do this true a plugin that unbans the player after the player has purchased the unban key!

Please don't command about the following thinks...
1. why do want a player that has been banned from your server back in your server.
2. sharing your opinion about my idea is always a good thing but please keep the focus add the main question!
