My server is vanilla and i decided to not try to risk with oxide in community. Moving into modded for 2-3 plugins is not good because you are mixed with all modded stuff and then my players are not happy. Then how i can do the following thing without plugins and other stuff.
I have sedans in my server. When this is not officialy added for everyone you cant drive cars in every random server. Thats special in my server then but i need to work hard to do this. Moved my server before 2 weeks form paid host to my dedicated machine. Cant make rcon to work now. No rustyadmin then. I use debugcamera to fly around the map and spaw sedans at airfield and oxums. every 2 hours. Nice uhh?! Also i have reminder on my phone becausee i am like bot typing my donation message wit my link every hour manualy (no donations mods just one link ingame and then i manualy type it every hour via say) Ideas how to do automated messages and commands again only with CMD or its not possible.
I would be happy if someone help me. Vanilla is the best rust but some things are missing and i try to do them but most are not posible or only manual and i need to be 24/7 in order to do this.
Thanks for help in advance.

You'd need to use an external RCON tool or something that inserts (basically types) commands directly into the server console if you have access to that.

Ok you again helped me Wulf. I will try to fix my rcon. Also if you can help me i will post picture. Someone told me that i cant run server without port forwarding but i am hosting it without doing this. Then must be port forwarded alredy or i do not know but this wired spam started wgen i tried to connect from rcon. Its in green but thats not good i think.

The error in green there (not sure why it's green, shouldn't be) is an error coming from the library that RCON uses, and possibly from trying to connect to RCON from a tool that isn't compatible with it. Pretty sure Rusty isn't updated or the newer Rust RCON protocol, so that may be why.
