Rust Automated Helispawn on player with high KOS

Looking for a mod to spawn a heli on a clan or player who has a massive killstreak like 15+ in a short space of time, anyone know or can do this?

I might be taking this. This is still open for others to do. Not sure yet if I'll do it.
