Solved Auto restart server every 12 hours?

is there a plugin to do auto server restart evry 12 or 24 hours? with a messege that lets ppl no in game?

GUI Announcement also does a great job at it if you want a noticeable message.

 

Smooth Restarter also has a built in announcement on-screen at the top
