Solved Auto message at time

i know there are auto broadcast plugins but i cant seem to find one that will broadcast a message at a certain time. say i want to have a message announced across all plays that the server will restart at 5pm EST around 4:30 pm saying 30 mins till server restarts. then another at 15 mins, 10 mins, 5 mins and 3 mins, 1 min and then 30 seconds.

 

Not sure if you seen this Smooth Restarter for Rust | Oxide - That does the restarting for you, and gives the warnings..

 

didnt think about timedexecute but thanks to both of you for the ideas ill check them out.
