Any way to add car parts without a mod?

Right now there are currently parts like Hood, Seat etc for cars.
Is there still no way to add these parts as a player to a vehicle without the vehicle mod?

 

No. Only using the vehiclemanager or any similar. Does vehiclemanagar has some functionality that you don't want on your server?

 

Meh, I just thought they added some way to add parts in the game kind of silly how there are parts you can spawn as an admin but the wrench or no tool to apply them or no manner to apply them in the slots.

 

Ah yes I understand. Maybe could be achieved by modifying the game's assembly directly not sure.

 

Like I think if someone was to somehow edit the vehicle wrench to where you can use it to apply parts would make that aspect of the game much better.
