Solved Anti-spam

Found no plugin to an "anti-spam", for example, the person is 5 chat lines and is muted / kicked.

 

There's already a built-in spam filter in the game.
You can reduce the limit of spam by using the command "ChatSpamBudget" the default is 500 characters.
