Hurtworld Anti-grief protection at night

Hi, there's anyway to make a plugin of anti grief over night while most players sleep like make C4 inactive ? Players cannot use C4 while in this protection. That would be awesome between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM would not be be allowed grief with C4.
