Solved Animals spawning in dead

all the animals on my server have started to spawn in dead everywhere - anyone come across this before ? fix?
Even when i spawn them in they just drop dead ?

 

I think you have encountered the black plague. Fleas, man.

 

Worked out what was wrong the config for Arena plugin corrupted and defaulted which removes animal from server.
