Animal culling (reduce longevity)

my server is not populated with player to much, and over time these animal congregate to the coast its annoying (see picture) is there a setting to reduce their lifespan? increase the speed when they die? and while I'm at it maybe one for plants that I can change to make them last longer in planter and take longer to grow ?? thanks for your help
