Rust Alternate night system

As we all know most of players of modded doesn't even like night time because you can barely see anything but I was wondering that. Before night starts and the time night time about to end, There is a specific night time where it's not really too dark but still able to see night time. If someone can make a plugin that freezes a time at night for <seconds> then starts going backwards to day time.

I think this is a great way to make players like the night time even more.

 

I feel like this plugin will help a ton of servers and avoid using no nights and skip night commands and bring back the immersion while still being able to see.
