Allowing more vehicle claims?

how to set more claims vehicles?

 

If a player already has a claimed vehicle and he clicks on other vehicle claim button, he will loose the old claim.

But I think a plugin can make a player owner of several vehicles (without clicking claim button), for example with command /car claim.
