1. So from the things I've read on this site i can see that .cs files are okay as plugins, but whenever i move them from my downloads folder to my rust plugins folder the .cs disappears and the file turns into a normal notepad file. When i launch the server the plugin also does not work.

    Most plugins are written in C# (CSharp), so they end in .cs. They are not "Notepad files", that's just what your system has set to open them in.

    If they are not loading, you'd need to check your oxide/logs for errors. Also make sure you have them under the server/identity/oxide/plugins folder.
