All pemissions for group

    Is there a way to give all permissions to a group?
    EX
    grant group owner *

    If you want to give all permissions to a group, you're going to have to do it manually most likely.

    Is there a default admin group with permissions or a list of base permissions?

    You can use the wildcard * to grant all, but I wouldn't recommend at as not all permissions you'd want for some plugins. There are default groups; default, moderator, and admin but they do not have any permissions set by default.

    Yes, but it is not meant to be edited manually and isn't in a human-readable format.
