Solved Air drop plugin that draws arrow ingame?

I've been on servers that show an arrow over where an airdrop has been dropped (Black wireframe arrow). Does anyone know what it is called, or is it private so only some people have access to use it?

 

I just deleted that plugin thinking it was something else Is it gone forever?
