Adding additional parameters to batch file

    I want to add these additional settings to my start up file. Do I just add these anywhere in the circled part in the picture? I'm using LGSM. Should there be a space between the + and the word and do I need double quotations around them? Thank you :)

    +bear.population 3
    +boar.population 6
    +chicken.population 4
    +horse.population 3
    +stag.population 4
    +wolf.population 3

    can anyone help me out? I tried adding these to the server.cfg file but it didn't work.
