Adding a bandit town to my server?

Just saw the new update, how do I add Bandit town to server?

 

Its spawns randomly on the map.. Like military tunnels.. outpost.. dome.. Etcetc

 

Oh ok, won't I need to find a specific one from RustIO for example?

Do you know what the icon is?
