Rust Actions if in radius

hello . i do allot of events on my server and im having a few issues .

its taking way to long to give people stuff . even using the give plugins . so i type /give "Clangtag Name" kit arena
.
doing that for 30 players takes way to long time

and after the i have to heal and feed the players so i got to do /heal "Clantag name" and so on

this is very very annoying . and players get tired of waiting .
so im wondering is it possible to make a plugin that will give all users with in a radius a special kit , full hp , full food .

for example
/event kit arena "100" . would give everyone with in the radius all the ones i mentioned above . it would make my life allot easier . if that not possible .is it possible just for the health and food ?. with the radius thing . i really want the radius thing so i dont have to stand there and do manually for each and everyone . takes so long .

it actually is possible.
You can give the kits per console command which can be executed, and you can easily heal the players with 4 - 5 lines of code.
I dun know what your problem is.

--- The biggest problem will be, finding a fitting name for the plugin ^^

 

With console commands it become much easier.

this is no longer needed . thank you all for trying . we came up with a new way of doing it . we did some edits to the event plugin . still some stuff we need to figure out like how to make it so it count the players joining and after it reached the amount it stops accepting new one and will only let the people that got the spots join back . were not coders so that alittle out of our leuge . if someone could help us with that . it would be awesome
