A somewhat broken CCTV camera, unusable in it's current form

Does anyone know what is causing this?

 

Causing what? The title of your thread, I'm fairly sure, is the description of the CCTV Camera. All items have a description, and that is the one the camera has. It's only used for crafting auto turrets, as far as I know.

 

Well because it doesnt let me craft turrets, while i have tagreting computer, cctv and hqm
